Dental Implants

Losing a tooth, or several teeth, affects more than your smile. It changes how you eat, how you speak and how you feel about yourself in everyday situations most people take for granted. Dental implants are the closest thing modern dentistry has to replacing a tooth properly, not just filling a gap, but rebuilding something that feels, functions and looks completely natural. At MCR Implant Centre we have helped hundreds of patients across the North West do exactly that, and we would love to help you too.

Instant Teeth

One of the most common concerns patients share with us is the thought of spending weeks or months without a tooth after an extraction. Instant Teeth, sometimes called immediate implants, removes that concern entirely. In many cases we can place your implant on the same day your tooth is removed, meaning you leave our clinic with a complete smile rather than a gap. If you are facing an extraction and want to understand whether this approach is right for you, this page will give you a clear picture of what is involved.

03

Same Day Smiles

For some patients, the journey to this page has been a long one. Years of struggling with failing teeth, broken dentures, repeated dental problems or simply the exhaustion of a smile that has never felt like your own. Same Day Smiles is designed for those patients. It is a treatment that allows us to provide a fixed, complete set of teeth in a single appointment, and for the people it is right for, the impact is profound. If you have been putting up with a difficult dental situation for longer than you should have, this page is for you.

04

Failed Implant Treatment

Implant failure is uncommon, but when it does occur we are experienced in managing it. Removal is carried out comfortably under local anaesthetic and where the surrounding bone has remained healthy, replacement is often straightforward.

05

Sinus Grafting

Being told that you do not have enough bone for dental implants can feel like the end of the road. In many cases, it is not. Sinus grafting is a well-established preparatory procedure that rebuilds the bone in the upper jaw, creating the foundation needed to place implants successfully. At MCR Implant Centre we carry out sinus grafts regularly as part of a planned treatment pathway, and we have helped many patients who had previously been told they were not suitable candidates go on to receive the implants they wanted.

Overseas Implant Correction

Implant treatment carried out abroad can deliver excellent results, and many patients return home having had a straightforward and successful experience. Occasionally, however, complications arise, whether in the weeks following treatment or some time later, and patients find themselves needing specialist assessment from a team with the depth of experience to understand exactly what has happened and what can be done about it.
